Delivery

To avoid delays, please make sure your payment information, including billing address matches the information recorded for your payment method. Please also make sure you leave contact details, so that we can contact you if necessary.

Once your order has been processed, the oubinov team will start preparing it. This will take 2-3 days maximum, and your order will be shipped via a trusted courier.

For orders in Europe, delivery will take between 2 and 3 working days.

For delivery to the rest of the world, it will take 4-6 working days in some cases.

We will e-mail you once your order is shipped, with the relevant tracking information.

 

Delivery Costs

We are constantly working on securing a better delivery cost with our couriers.

Currently, online orders in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, are free, and if made by 5pm, will be delivered on the same day. Orders made after 5pm, will be delivered the next day.

Online orders in the UK are Free.

Security

The courier will ensure that your parcel is delivered and/or signed for, and therefore safe.

All parcels are insured with the courier while in transit, but this no longer applies when the parcel is delivered or signed for.

Oubinov accepts no responsibility if you leave other instructions for the courier which results in you not receiving you parcel.

Taxes

Please note that all orders are shipped from United Kingdom and may incur import taxes and duties. You, the customer, are responsible for paying those to the appropriate customs office.
